The award winning Contra Costa Centre Transit Village was formed by fourteen property owners to create the most unique live-work-play environment in Northern California. Since its inception business owners, transit leaders, county officials and area residents have been working together to create commuter programs to benefit our community and ​alleviate traffic congestion.​

Contra Costa Centre’s Commuter Programs offer employees cash incentives, subsidies and services to offset the costs of commuting, provide transit alternatives and benefit our community by alleviating traffic congestion.
Development of the Centre’s One-of-a-Kind Green Fleet Program in 2005 created greater workplace accessibility for employees throughout the Contra Costa Centre Transit Village.
The Contra Costa Centre Association provides a Childcare Program. financial assistance to Centre employees who must place their children in a day care or after school setting while at work.​
